About the role
We’re looking for an Account Executive with agency experience and a proven track record of managing multiple clients across a range of sectors. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering digital and social media campaigns for exciting global brands. We're seeking someone who is proactive, highly organised, and skilled at building trusted client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard with accuracy and attention to detail.
You will act as a key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects ranging from quick-turnaround content to complex localisation of global campaigns across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
Support the execution of end-to-end content projects, from briefing and validation to final delivery
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including traffic managers, designers, copywriters, and motion editors
With support from senior team members, execute a wide range of projects, including high-volume content production and localization across digital, OOH, POS, and e-commerce channels
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner across multiple brands and stakeholders
Ensure brand consistency, quality, and accuracy across all deliverables
Over time, take ownership of your workstream, with support from an Account Supervisor and Account Manager when needed
Manage workflows and timelines using project management tools, ensuring clear communication and smooth delivery
Maintain strong operational standards, including accurate project tracking, tagging, and reporting
Requirements
Proven experience in a content studio, localization, or adaptation environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Wrike or similar)
A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Passion for high-quality creative output and building long-term client relationships
Ability to identify opportunities to elevate content beyond adaptation toward local relevance
Languages
Spanish: mandatory
English mandatory
Additional languages are a plus.
