About the role
We're looking for an Art Director to join our creative team in Barcelona.
This role is for someone who can bridge product storytelling and contemporary culture. You'll help shape how brands show up across social, digital, creator, and campaign ecosystems, creating work that feels relevant, engaging, and commercially effective.
You'll have a strong understanding of visual storytelling and a natural curiosity for emerging trends, creators, brands, and consumer behaviors. Whether it's a supplement launch, a skincare innovation, a nutrition product, a food brand, or a lifestyle campaign, you'll know how to transform product stories into compelling creative ideas.
What you'll do
- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas across social, digital, creator, and integrated campaigns, while supporting senior creatives in the development of larger campaign ideas and brand platforms.
- Create social-first concepts, content series, and culturally relevant content ecosystems.
- Help shape visual narratives that connect product benefits with culture, lifestyle, and consumer behavior.
- Partner closely with Copywriters, Strategists, Designers, Motion Artists, Creators, and Client teams.
- Translate brand strategies, product stories, and consumer insights into compelling visual storytelling.
- Support the art direction of photography, video, motion, creator content, CGI, and production outputs.
- Contribute to both always-on content and larger campaign initiatives.
- Support creative development across paid, owned, earned, and occasionally OOH channels.
- Stay connected to emerging cultural conversations, creators, visual trends, and digital behaviors.
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in a creative agency, content studio, brand, or similar environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first creativity and visual storytelling.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, supplements, nutrition, food & beverage, or adjacent categories.
- Strong visual taste and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate product benefits, ingredients, routines, and consumer insights into engaging visual narratives.
- Understanding of photography, design, motion, content creation, and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable collaborating across creative, strategy, production, and client teams.
- Highly connected to contemporary culture, visual trends, creators, digital platforms, and emerging creative formats.
- Strong understanding of what makes creative work feel relevant, modern, aspirational, and culturally resonant today.
