About us
We are Dragons, a global creative agency working with bold brands to build cultural relevance, connection, and long-term impact through strategy-led creativity.
We bridge digital and creative thinking, developing innovative work across skincare, healthcare, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, and more. Our international teams in the US and Barcelona deliver results through smart strategy, sharp creativity, and meticulous execution.
About the role
We're looking for a Junior Video Editor & Motion Creative with a strong eye for storytelling, craft and visual culture.
This role combines editing, motion design and creative contribution. You'll work across social, digital and campaign content, helping bring ideas to life through engaging edits, motion graphics and platform-native storytelling. Just as importantly, you'll bring references, trends, creators and emerging formats into the creative process, helping the team stay inspired, informed and culturally relevant.
Key responsibilities
Assemble rough cuts and first versions from briefs, scripts, and selects
Cut social media content: multiple formats, aspect ratios, and lengths from a single master
Prepare versions and adaptations of approved edits (cutdowns, subtitles, format variants)
Ingest, organize, and label footage; keep projects and media tidy enough that someone else can open them without weeping
Sync audio, create proxies, and prepare files for color, sound, and finishing
Implement revision notes accurately and quickly, including the contradictory ones
Export and deliver files following technical specs (TV, broadcast, digital platforms)
Support live event postproduction: fast-turnaround recaps, highlights, and same-day content
Flag problems early (missing assets, spec issues, unrealistic timelines) instead of discovering them at delivery
Requirements

· Poficiency in Premiere Pro and familiarity with After Effects.
· Interest working with beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle or consumer brands.
· Outstanding editing instincts, storytelling ability and attention to detail.
· Good understanding of social-first content as well as broader digital and campaign formats.
· Strong visual taste and a genuine interest in culture, design, creators and emerging content trends.
· A proactive attitude, along with curiosity, inspiration, and innovative ideas that positively contribute to the team.
Languages
· Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
· Any other languages are a plus.
What we offer
· Remote flex Fridays from 9:00 AM to 2.30 PM.

· Access to Wellhub, a wellness platform offering a wide range of fitness and wellbeing options.
· Flexible retribution plan for meals, transport and childcare.
· Holidays: 22 working days + 3 days established by the collective agreement + national and local public holidays.
· Bright, spacious offices in the heart of Barcelona, with unlimited premium coffee.
· Competitive pay & room to grow.
· Global playground, cutting-edge tools and trend-driven culture.
