About the role

We are looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join our team and support the growing demands of one of our FMCG clients. This role requires a more autonomous and experienced profile capable of delivering high-quality digital assets at pace, across multiple formats and platforms.

This is a hands-on, production-minded creative role for someone who understands that great e-commerce design is not just about aesthetics, but about clarity, consistency, speed, and commercial impact. You’ll be responsible for translating brand guidelines and campaign assets into high-performing digital executions that elevate the Danone Spain online presence.

You’ll work acting as a key support in ensuring smooth delivery of assets across e-commerce and digital channels, while helping to maintain a consistently high standard of visual output.

Beyond strong design skills, you’ll bring a solid understanding of digital formats, e-commerce ecosystems, and asset adaptation at scale, along with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership over your work.


What you’ll do

  • Create high-quality digital assets for e-commerce platforms, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Adapt and localize master creative assets across multiple formats, sizes, and markets.
  • Ensure visual consistency and brand accuracy across all digital touchpoints.
  • Support the production and rollout of e-commerce content at speed and scale.
  • Collaborate closely with account, creative, and design teams to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Help improve workflows, asset management, and production efficiency.
  • Contribute to maintaining a high level of craft across all digital executions.
  • Support the day-to-day creative needs of the e-commerce ecosystem.


We are looking for someone who

  • Has 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or a creative agency environment.
  • Has experience working on e-commerce, FMCG, retail, or consumer brands (highly valued).
  • Is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable working across digital formats and templates.
  • Understands how to design for e-commerce environments where speed, clarity, and conversion matter.
  • Has strong attention to detail and excellent executional craft.
  • Is highly organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple deliverables at pace.
  • Understands digital ecosystems and the basics of performance-driven creative.
  • Is a strong team player with good communication skills in English.

Languages

  • Advanced English (ideal).
  • Any other languages are a plus.
