About the role
We are looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer.
This role sits within a growing healthcare-focused creative structure and will support the increasing volume of pharmaceutical and healthcare projects. You will work closely with a Senior Graphic Designer to deliver high-quality creative output across digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and broader marketing materials.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who understands the importance of precision, clarity, and craft in regulated environments. You will play a key part in translating complex healthcare information into clear, visually strong, and brand-consistent communication across multiple formats and channels.
What you’ll do
- Create high-quality digital assets for healthcare and pharmaceutical campaigns, including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Support the development and adaptation of creative concepts across multiple formats and channels.
- Ensure visual consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across all pharma-related outputs.
- Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to deliver ongoing project requirements.
- Translate complex healthcare content into clear, engaging, and visually structured designs.
- Adapt assets for different digital platforms while maintaining design integrity.
- Support the team in meeting fast-paced production timelines without compromising quality.
- Contribute to improving workflows and efficiency within the Pharma Design capability.
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience (or strong interest) in pharmaceutical,
- healthcare, or regulated industries.
- Has strong graphic design skills with excellent typography, layout, and composition abilities.
- Is experienced in creating digital-first content across campaigns and brand ecosystems.
- Is familiar with AI-assisted design tools and emerging creative workflows.
- Has strong attention to detail and understands the importance of accuracy in regulated work.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Is a proactive team player with strong communication skills in English.
