About the role
We are looking for a Mid-Level Retoucher to support multiple creative teams across Dragons, working across beauty, skincare, FMCG, lifestyle, product, retail, and point-of-sale projects.
This role requires someone with a strong eye for detail and premium visual execution, capable of elevating imagery while adapting to different brand worlds and creative needs. The ideal candidate understands both social-first aesthetics and production-ready retouching standards across digital and print environments.
The candidate should feel comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments, supporting high-volume creative output while maintaining consistency, quality, and visual polish.
A strong understanding of AI-powered creative workflows is essential, as AI-assisted image generation and retouching tools are increasingly integrated into the agency’s creative and production processes.
Key responsibilities
- Retouch and enhance visuals across beauty, skincare, FMCG, retail, and lifestyle projects while maintaining premium visual quality.
- Execute high-end photo retouching, compositing, color correction, cleanup, and product enhancement for digital and print assets.
- Adapt visuals to different brand identities across social media, campaigns, e-commerce, packaging, presentations, retail, and POS materials.
- Collaborate closely with Designers, Art Directors, and Production teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Support high-volume creative production while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Retoucher or Graphic Designer with a strong focus on high-end retouching and image refinement.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of beauty, skincare, FMCG, product, retail, and POS visual standards.
- Exceptional eye for detail in skin texture, lighting, reflections, materials, shadows, and overall visual consistency.
- Experience with AI-powered creative workflows and tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Krea, or Generative Fill.
- Strong understanding of digital and print production workflows, formats, resolutions, and asset delivery requirements.
- Highly organized, proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
