About the role
We are looking for a highly visual Senior Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of modern beauty and skincare aesthetics, especially within social-first environments. The ideal candidate naturally follows and understands brands such as Cetaphil, Rhode, Lemme, Drunk Elephant, Glossier, and similar brands with elevated, culturally relevant, and platform-native art direction.
This role requires someone with a sharp eye for premium visual storytelling, social media trends, composition, typography, color, and content execution across digital platforms. Candidates should understand what makes beauty and skincare content perform on social media while maintaining strong brand consistency and visual credibility.
A strong interest in AI-powered creative workflows is essential. We are looking for someone comfortable exploring and integrating AI image generation tools into visual development and content creation processes.
Experience working in fast-paced agency environments, producing high volumes of social and campaign assets while maintaining high craft standards, is highly valued.
Key responsibilities
- Design high-quality, social-first creative assets for beauty, skincare, wellness, and lifestyle brands across digital platforms.
- Create visually compelling content for Instagram, TikTok, paid social, campaigns, presentations, and digital ecosystems.
- Maintain strong brand consistency while adapting creative to different audiences, formats, and platform requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Design Leads, Art Directors, Strategists, Motion Designers, and Creative teams.
- Contribute to AI-powered creative workflows and explore new tools to enhance visual development and content production.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment while maintaining premium execution standards.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in agency or brand environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing premium visual aesthetics, social-first thinking, and high-quality digital execution.
- Proven experience working with beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Deep understanding of social media design, including Instagram, TikTok, paid social, and motion-first creative formats.
- Strong skills in typography, composition, color, visual storytelling, and premium art direction.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including strong photo retouching and image manipulation skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Krea, Sora, or similar.
- Ability to work at scale, manage tight timelines, interpret feedback quickly, and maintain high attention to detail and consistency.
