About the role
As a Senior Strategist you will have the opportunity to shape groundbreaking campaigns for top-tier brands and collaborate with some of the most talented minds in the industry.
This role is ideal for a creative thinker with a deep understanding of the social media landscape, emerging trends, and audience behaviors. The ideal candidate will have a background in creative agencies and a proven ability to develop insight-driven strategies that inspire world-class creative work.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop strategic frameworks that drive impactful brand and campaign strategies across digital, social, and integrated marketing channels.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and cultural movements to identify new opportunities for clients.
• Conduct research, gather insights, and translate data into compelling strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative, account, and media teams to ensure strategic alignment across all campaign touchpoints.
• Lead client presentations, articulating strategic thinking in a clear, persuasive, and inspiring manner.
• Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on brand and digital strategy.
• Monitor and measure campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on results and insights.
Qualifications & Skills
• 4/5+ years of experience in strategic planning within a creative agency environment.
• Demonstrated experience working on both consumer brands and medically-oriented / health science / regulated-category brands.
• Deep knowledge of the social media and e-commerce landscape.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire both internal teams and clients.
• Experience working with global brands and executing campaigns across multiple markets is a plus.
• A passion for culture, creativity, and digital innovation.
