About the Role
We are hiring a Video Creator & Editor to lead short-form social video production for the US market within the wellness and lifestyle space.
This role combines strong editing expertise with a deep understanding of how video performs across social platforms. The ideal candidate understands mixed-media content, is comfortable working across live-action, creator footage and AI-generated visuals, and brings strong awareness of emerging formats and social aesthetics.
You will play a key role in shaping the brand’s social video presence across always-on content, product launches, campaign amplification and reactive moments. The role requires strong creative judgment, technical execution both motion and edition, AI fluency and an understanding of the platform best practices that drive attention and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Video Creation & Editing
Edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok and Shorts
Build strong first-frame hooks and openings
Shape pacing and rhythm for social feeds
Adapt campaign footage into compelling social-first assets
Develop video executions for product launches and always-on content
Optimize edits for retention, watch time and completion
Apply platform best practices across structure, timing, captions and sound
Collaborate with the Social Content Creative and AD to bring ideas to life
AI & Mixed Media
Use AI-assisted video tools as part of the daily creative workflow
Create and integrate AI-generated video and visual assets
Blend live-action, creator footage, motion and AI into mixed-media executions
Explore emerging AI capabilities and bring relevant applications into the team
Use AI to expand the creative possibilities and production efficiency of social content
Format & Performance Awareness
Stay current on emerging social video formats, motion trends and platform behaviors
Track evolving wellness and lifestyle content and aesthetics
Understand retention mechanics and audience drop-off behavior
Apply performance learnings to improve hooks, pacing and video structure
Proactively bring new formats, references and creative opportunities to the team
Key Skills
3–5 years of experience in video postproduction
Strong short-form video portfolio
Proficiency in Premiere Pro
Work Proficiency After Effects
Fluency in CapCut or other mobile-first editing platforms
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted video generation and editing tools
Strong understanding of US wellness and lifestyle content
Nice to Have
Ability to shoot reactive social content independently
Ability to capture product and lifestyle content in fast-turnaround scenarios
Experience operating basic lighting and sound setups
Experience executing quick studio or on-location shoots
Experience with 3D, CGI or compositing.

Proactively curates and shares strong video references and inspiration with the wider creative team
Uses performance learnings to continuously improve creative decisions
Brings ideas and creative judgment to the edit, rather than approaching editing as a purely technical task
Fast, organized, collaborative and reliable in high-volume social environments.
